Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases)

Additionally, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. If you have questions about your specific item, contact us.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@indiamart.one.
